Hey, my brother. That was a hard one to write -- a difficult concept to apply over two millennia and in a culture unfathomable to them and really theirs to us! Good job! The rabbinic application is spot on, I believe, and Jesus' yoke is "easy" because it was NOT that of the Rabbis' that - as Paul alluded to in the First Church Council in Acts 15- was "unbearable"! No one can keep the yoke of the Law, but His yoke is Grace, and His burden is the Law of Love. With our Lord yoked together with us individually and personally, we can find His burden is (comparatively) easy and light -by His Grace! Good thoughts, brah!
